Lesson 1: The Parts of a Letter

Click on a section to view a diagram...

Recap:  This is just a short recap of "The Genetics Of Alphabet Soup"

Nano Intro: This is the introduction to "Nanosemaphore", where a genetic letter is shown as a molecule called a "nucleoside".

General Letter:  This is the molecule we'll be looking at in general. It's missing a couple of things to avoid confusion.

Power Supply: All change in the universe appears to need energy. To place the letters in your alphabet soup (SEE: INHERENT PROGRAMMING) made your arms tired, for example. This section looks at the plug-in and battery part of a genetic letter.

Data Storage: This part is cool. The letters of the DNA appear to be in binary: the language computers use. But  binary is just the beginning, which will be explained in much better detail after a few more lessons. This page is about the way binary is represented by molecular "hands". Like in a line dance, no one can be added to the line unless the line has a free hand or two available. When data is stored this way, it is very easy to tell when something is amiss - the line falls apart !! Have a look at the diagram and see for yourself.

Building a Frame: The frame of the DNA is built of a chain of sugars. This chain appears to allow energy from the phosphates to carry through to the data portion, making it very easy to verify any completed transactions.

The Big Picture: The Big Picture examines the roles played by each section of a genetic letter or "nucleoside" by breaking them down into simpler groups. Like the Chinese  alphabet or musical notation, each group within the letter has an individual meaning while the whole letter has a combined meaning. In turn the letters form the language of the DNA. Later, we will examine such entities as punctuation and grammar.

About This Site

This website is dedicated to the proposal that the metaphorical relationships drawn between any two disciplines are, in fact, universal, being isomorphic mathematical derivations of the Unified Field Theory. Further, that this symmetric aspect of metaphor is extrapolatable both linearly and laterally, thus may be harnessed to mathematically predict missing knowledge and invention in all other disciplines: an interdisciplinary Rosetta stone of universal scope.
