A slot machine is a game of pure permutation from the perspective of the casino; and pure chance for the gambler. In the great casino of life, DNA is a slot machine.

A slot machine has three characters in sequence. With each spin, it is unlikely that the resultant combination will be solely responsible for a vast, all-or-nothing impact on the gamblers life. It is hoped, by a prudent gambler, that one or more spins during a lengthy session of gaming will add a major improvement to the quality of their life over a longer period of time.
