Nanosemaphore Basics
This diagram is a summary
of the central notion of the Nanosemaphore theory. From this simple root, it
is believed that all genetic data is given its mathematical meaning, the
driving force behind biochemical logic.
Nanosemaphore is a propsition that suggests true digital behavior
within the fundamental components of the DNA. Under this model, everything from
binary data storage through mathematical expressions through accurate
reproductions seems accounted for. It would appear the genetic "code"
is not actually a code after all; but a fractal formula expressed in the many
dimensions of the real world.

The basic components of DNA;
Guanosine, Adenosine, Cytidine and Thymidine can be approximated closely
with this diagram. The gray represents the common underlying structure,
the black represents "outsie" double bonds, the blue
"insies". The ones and zeroes represent the theorized
availability of temporary bonding during the energized state, or the
availability of a transfer path for electrons.
Note: There are at least four possible interpretations
for the binary values: A and B may be reversed; the binary value of
insies/outsies may be reversed as well.
